A Look Toward the Source of Light
Looking at the world often brings disappointment, fear, and mental distress. But when we turn our gaze toward God, He fills us with His divine light. Just as a flower facing the sun absorbs its warmth and light, anyone who turns to God receives the illumination of the Holy Spirit within. This divine light has the power to transform the darkest seasons of our lives—our failures, illnesses, financial burdens, and loneliness.

A Hope That Never Shames
When we place our trust in people or worldly powers, we may end up facing shame and disappointment. However, the Word promises that no one who relies on the Almighty God will ever be put to shame. He carries our burdens and lifts us up, replacing humiliation with honor and joy.

Prayer:
Loving Father, teach me to lift my eyes to You through every trial and shadow of life. Grant that I may never be put to shame before the world, but instead lead a life that reflects Your light. Amen.
